Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and ship within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If tracking shows no movement and your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your order date, contact us at petsparadiseshop01@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
