Refund Policy

We want every order to arrive in good shape. Since we work with suppliers rather than holding our own inventory, here's how we handle issues:

Damaged, defective, or wrong item — Email us at petsparadiseshop01@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Order never arrives — If tracking shows no movement and your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your order date, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Change of mind — Because items ship directly from our suppliers, we're not able to accept returns for orders that arrive as described but are simply no longer wanted. Please check each product's sizing and details carefully before ordering.

Refunds — Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and typically show up within 5–10 business days.
